- Wagering can be via handicap or 3-way moneyline with a tie option.
Handicap Betting
- The result at the end of regulation time (60 minutes) determines the result of the wager. Overtime and penalty shootouts do not count towards a team's score for wagering purposes. If a game is tied at the end of regulation, wagers placed at +1/2 are winners.

baseball
Various Leagues Offered: AL, NL
- Wager on a baseball game by using runlines, moneylines, game totals, and team totals.
- Wagering on Futures: ie: Odds to win the World Series, Odds to win the Pennants, Odds to win the Divisions, Total Regular Season Wins
Baseball Rules
- When wagering on baseball moneylines, the following options apply to pitchers:
Pitcher Options:
1. Listed Pitchers - both pitchers must start in order to have action.
2. Selected Action - the pitcher of the team you have wagered on must start in order to have action.
3. Opposing Action - the pitcher of the opposite team you have wagered on must start in order to have action.
4. Action - there is action regardless of the starting pitcher.
* Starting Pitcher = Pitcher who starts game and throws the first pitch for the team. *Choosing an action bet (options 2, 3, or 4) might lead to an adjusted price if the starting pitcher does not start the game since the original price was based on the listed (advertised) pitcher starting the game.
- When wagering on runlines, game totals, or team totals, both listed (advertised) pitchers must start, otherwise there is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" on straight wagers, and parlays drop to the next lower level
- A baseball game becomes official for moneyline wagering purposes after 4 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 5 innings if visiting team is winning.
- If a game is cancelled or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called).
- Money will be refunded if the home team ties the game, and the game is then suspended.
- Events do not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified).
- For runlines and game totals (over/under), a baseball game becomes official after 8 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 9 innings if visiting team is winning.
- If a game goes past 9 innings and is not completed (ie suspended, curfew, rain delay, etc.), there is action on game total and runline wagers.
- When betting on "mega runs," all games that are covered must be declared official for action. Action continues on mega run bets regardless of starting pitchers.
- Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.
MLB Series
Bets on series are based on the FIRST 3 GAMES PLAYED of each series. Neither team can play another opponent between scheduled games. If one of the first three games gets postponed, all wagers stand (ACTION). If less than 3 games are played, the team with the advantage is the winner of the series. All wagers are based on action. (no listed pitchers)
MLB - Team to score first
First team to score in the game, If there is a result and the game is cancelled or postponed all wagers stand regardless of how many innings played.
MLB - Will there be a run scored in the first inning
If a run gets scored in the first inning and the game is cancelled or postponed all wagers stand. If the first inning is complete and no run was scored and the game is cancelled or postponed all wagers stand.
horses
Fixed Odds Wagering
- Wagering on Future Events i.e. Breeders Cup, Kentucky Derby, Preakness, etc.
- If the horse that is wagered upon does not qualify to enter the race, the wager is a loss.
Thoroughbred Wagering
- Wagers can be placed on all thoroughbred tracks as well as on selected harness racks.
- Wagering is possible by Win, Place, Show, Exactas, Quinellas, Trifectas, Parlays and Daily Doubles.
Horse Rules
- A time stamp will be placed on all wagers.
- All horse wagers must be placed prior to two (2) minutes before the tracks published post time. All wagers placed past this cutoff will be cancelled.
- Track Odds will be paid on winning horses up to a maximum of:
- Straight wagers: Win 20-1, Place 8-1, Show 4-1
- Exotics: Exactas, Daily Double, Trifectas, etc. 100-1
- Wagers will be graded by horse name and not the program or post position number.
- When betting horses with an entry, and you want action on all horses in the entry, you must choose the entry, i.e. 1X (Entry), and not an individual horse. For example, in a race with 1, 1A, and 1X, you must place a bet on 1X to guarantee action on both 1 and 1A. By placing a bet on 1X, you still have action even if one of the horses in the entry is a scratch.
- You also have the option of placing a bet on an individual horse (i.e. 1 or 1A) in an entry which means you only want action on the entry bet if the individual horse selected does not scratch. If the individual horse selected runs, your wager will be treated the same as a bet on 1X (Entry).
- Exotic wagers will only be paid in cases where the particular track offers this type of bet. If an exotic wager is placed on a race that does not offer it, the wager will be refunded.
Horse Matchups
- All horses listed in the matchup must start in order for there to be action. However, in cases where the matchups are against "the field," (meaning all other horses in the race) and a horse scratches that is part of "the field," the bet will still stand.
- The winner of a horse matchup is the horse with the best finish placement.
golf
Win or Show
- We offer odds for a golfer to win or show (show = 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th) in a tournament. In the case of normal weekly golf tournaments, if a golfer does not tee off to start the tournament, the wager will be "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money will be refunded - Unless the wager states ALL BETS ACTION, which means wagers stand whether or not the golfer/players tees off or not.
- In the event of a tie, odds are paid proportionally. This is determined by taking the odds for the wager and adding 1 for the stake. The result is divided by the number of golfers involved in the tie, and then multiplied by the number of winning positions occupied.
- ie: If 3 golf contestants tie for 4th in a tournament the payout would be (1 + odds) divided by 3 [number of contestants tied for 4th] multiplied by 1 [number of winning positions occupied - 4th place only].
- ie: If 3 golf contestants tie for 3rd in a tournament the payout would be (1 + odds) divided by 3 [number of contestants tied for 3rd] multiplied by 2 [number of winning positions occupied - 3rd and 4th positions].
- If a tournament does not go the scheduled number of holes (usually 72), and PGA officials agree to shorten it, wagers are still valid.
Wagering on match-ups between golfers
>
he match-ups will be decided by which golfer ends up with the lowest score having played equal rounds. Both golfers must tee off in the tournament or the wager will be "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money will be refunded. If one of the golfers misses the cut, withdraws, or is disqualified during the tournament, the opposing golfer wins the match-up.
- Often match-ups are updated after each round. These new odds will be for the entire remainder of the tournament including the possible event of a playoff.
Golf Rules
- Golf Prices (Matchups, Win, and Show) will be updated daily for each tournament whenever possible. All prices will reflect the entire tournament and not the daily events.
- Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.
Soccer
Soccer
- Soccer kickoff dates and times displayed on our website are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match is suspended or postponed, and not resumed within 12 hours from the actual scheduled start time, then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.
The exception being any wager on whether a team advances in a cup competition, or raises the cup, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match
- If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on both teams will be lost.
- Unless otherwise specified, wagers on the outcome of a match will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts. Occasionally, Tournaments, Friendly, or other matches may have scheduled time frames different than two 45 minute halves. Pinnacle will announce these matches and their scheduled playing times before the start of the game. If Pinnacle does not make special note that a match will play a time other than the standard two halves of 45 minutes each, all bets will be considered void and stakes returned.
- If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. Wagers on propositions that have not been decided shall also be voided and stakes returned. Wagers on propositions that have been decided (examples include, but are not limited to: first goalscorer, if a goal has been scored; first half wagering, if the first half is complete; first card, if a player has been sent off or booked) will be settled and paid.
- Handicap Betting: Soccer games may have either a Single Handicap or a Double Handicap.
Single Handicap: This bet type is similar to a bet on the spread in basketball.
For example:
Arsenal
Newcastle
-1, -125
+1, +113
If Arsenal wins the match by two goals or more, Arsenal bettors win and Newcastle bettors lose. If the match is drawn or if Newcastle wins, Newcastle bettors win and Arsenal bettors lose. If Arsenal wins by exactly one goal, all bettors receive a refund.
Double Handicap: This bet type splits a wager into two bets, each with the same moneyline, but at a different single handicap.
For example:
Real Madrid
Barcelona
-1 and -1.5, -108
+1 and +1.5, +100
A client who bets $100 on Real Madrid actually has two separate bets on Real Madrid: $50 on Real Madrid -1 at -108 and $50 on Real Madrid -1.5 at -108.
A client who bets $50 on Barcelona actually has two separate bets on Barcelona: $25 on Barcelona +1 at +100 and $25 on Barcelona +1.5 at +100.
- Overs/Unders: A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid.
- Should there be a dispute over a proposition (examples include, but are not limited to: name of the first goalscorer; time of a goal) wagers will be settled and paid based on the reports of the sporting media.
- Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be void and stakes returned.
- Wagers on the second half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the second half. Extra periods, golden goals, and shootouts are not included in second half wagering. Goals scored in the first half do not count toward the second half wager.
Example: Suppose AC Milan lead Juventus 1-0 at half time and the odds on the second half are Juventus -0.5. The -0.5 applies to the second half of play only. Therefore Juventus bettors win if Juventus scores more goals in the second half than AC Milan scores in the second half. AC Milan bettors win if the teams score an equal number of goals in the second half, or if AC Milan scores more goals in the second half than Juventus scores in the second half.
The match must reach full time for second half wagers to stand.
- Bets on teams to qualify or to advance to the next round of a competition:
Bets are paid out on the referee’s final whistle at the match’s natural conclusion, whether the match is decided in regular time, extra time, or in a penalty shootout. Extra time and penalty shootouts are always included for betting purposes.
In a one-leg match all bets have action once the match kicks off. If the referee abandons a one-leg match (for reasons including, but not limited to: crowd disturbances, unplayability of the pitch, or one team not having enough players to continue) bets will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body. Bets will stand while the governing body considers the circumstances of the abandonment and determines what remedy is to be taken (including, but no limited to: forfeiture, resumption of play at a later time, or a replay). If a team is disqualified before the match kicks off, all bets are void. If the rules prescribe a replay for a drawn match, all bets stand for the replay.
In a two-leg match, all bets have action once the second leg kicks off, provided that the first leg has not been ruled a forfeit. If the first leg is ruled a forfeit, all bets on teams ‘to qualify’ or ‘to advance’ are void. If the second leg is abandoned, all bets remain valid and will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body.
- Soccer Rules for Live Betting:
- Live betting: All bets taken while Live Betting is being offered INCLUDE all goals already scored in the match up to the point the bet is struck.
Example: Real Madrid lead 2-0 and are currently offered at -3. If Real Madrid win by 4 goals or more, bettors backing Real Madrid -3 win, and bettors backing the opposition at +3 lose. If Real Madrid win by exactly 3 goals, all bets struck at Real Madrid -3 or the opponents +3 are refunded. If Real Madrid win the match by two goals, or win by one goal, or do not win the match, bettors backing Real Madrid -3 lose, and bettors backing the opposition +3 win.
- Unless otherwise specified, Live Betting wagers on the outcome of a match will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts.
- Unless otherwise stated at the time of offer, bets on live matches stand if and only if the match reaches full time.
- If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, Live Betting wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned.
- Live betting wagers are accepted dependent on upcoming events in the Soccer match. Clients may or may not accept these terms by confirming or not confirming the wager with their password. All Live Betting Soccer wagers are subject to deletion from the account.
- Our Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obvious "bad" line.
- Our Sportsbook cannot guarantee that odds will be offered at any specific time during the match; odds will not regularly be offered after the 80th minute of play.
- Wagers made on a team winning a specific cup or trophy will have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks. For example, a bet made on AC Milan to win the Champions League Trophy would have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks and would be graded on the result after those added sessions(if they were needed to be played).
- For proposition bets concerning total number of goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.
For example, a prop for total number of goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.
- For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.
For example, a prop for home vs away goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.
- For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals for a given League or competition on a given day, the team listed on top in a neutral field game (denoted by "(n)") will be considered the home team.
- Player Proposition: A proposition bet concerning if a player will score, or not score, in a specific match includes regulation time (plus injury time) only. Own goals do not count. For wagers to have action, the player must start the match. Bets on any player who does not start the match will be cancelled.
- Yellow Card Propositions:
- For grading purposes, only yellow cards are included for Total Yellow Card Propositions. When a player receives a second yellow card (and as a result, a red card), the player will have been shown two yellow cards.
- If a player receives a straight red card, he will not necessarily have been shown a yellow card previously in the match. Therefore, a straight red card is not included in the grading of Total Yellow Card propositions.
- For example, a game with two yellow cards and a straight red card would be graded as two yellow cards; Or, a game with two players with one yellow card each and one player with a red card (as a result of two yellow cards for the same player) would be graded as four yellow cards.
- For betting purposes all yellow cards shown to any player count (this includes those playing or sitting on the bench). Any cards shown to “non-playing” staff do not count.
- Yellow cards during periods of extra time are not included. Only Yellow cards shown during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
- Corner Kick Proposition: For grading purposes, Corner Kicks which happen in periods of extra time are not included. Only Corner Kicks which take place during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
- Offsides Proposition: For grading purposes, Offsides which happen in periods of extra time are not included. Only Offsides which take place during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
- Exact Score and Both Teams to Score Propositions: For grading purposes, only goals in regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
- Head to Head Matchup Propositions: For grading purposes, wagers will be graded based on the completion of each of the competition's stages (i.e. qualifying rounds, group stages, quarterfinals, etc.) and not based on who is eliminated first. In other words, if one team is eliminated in the semifinals based on a Tuesday match result and the other team is also eliminated in the semifinals based on a Wednesday match result, wagers would be graded no action.
- In any match with a forfeit, all wagers will have no action, regardless of how the governing body of that league scores a forfeit.
- For proposition wagers on which team will score first, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If there are zero goals in regulation/injury time, then all wagers on this proposition will have no action and be refunded.
- For halftime/fulltime score propositions, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If match does not go full time, then all wagers on this proposition will be refunded.
- For correct score propositions, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If the score is 0-0 in Full Time, then no goals or exact score of 0-0 will be declared the winner.
- A Clean Sheet will be defined as a team not allowing a goal in regulation or added injury time only. Any goals allowed in Extra Time or Penalty shootouts will not affect this wager.
- For "will a team have a clean sheet and win" propositions, the team must have a clean sheet(as defined above) and be ahead at the end of regulation/injury time. If the team is not ahead at the end of regulation/injury time, then the related proposition will be graded NO.
- Any discipline (yellow card, red card, sending off) that occurs after the whistle that ends regulation time will not count toward related propositions for that match.
- At times (in the Champion's League or other major competitions) we may offer the proposition "will both Team A and Team B win on a given day." Wagers on this proposition will be graded based on Full Time (extra time, and shootouts are not included). If either team does not win in Full Time, then NO bets will be graded as winners and YES bets will lose.
For action, both games must reach Full Time. If either game is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of this proposition are considered void and all stakes shall be returned.
World Cup Entire Tournament Propositions
- Entire Tournament Propositions: For grading purposes, the following propositions which are related to the activity over the entire tournament (and not individual games) will include overtime, but not penalty shoot-outs:
- Total goals in the entire tournament by individuals,
- Total goals scored by each Country over the entire tournament,
- Will a hat trick be scored in any game of the tournament, and
- Top scorer over the entire tournament
- Players to be sent off over the entire tournament for Red and Yellow cards: Please note that unlike individual game rules, if player receives yellow or red card after final whistle of regulation, these cards will count toward proposition for entire tournament total. Red and Yellow cards received during overtime or during penalty shootouts also will count toward the entire tournament total.
- For all "who will score more goals" matchups, both players must play in the first game of their respective team for action.
- For all propositions concerning an individual player's over/under goals for the entire tournament, that player must play in his team's first game of the tournament for bets to have action.

Tennis
General Rules
- We accept bets on all major tennis events using straight money lines.
Example:
Martina Hingis -140 or risk $140 to win $100
Vanessa Williams +120 or risk $100 to win $120
We provide all tennis wagers on the individual matches or sets. Betting must be fully completed without player's withdrawal, incapacity or disqualification for bets to stand. If a match is rescheduled due to scheduling, weather problems, bad light, etc. then all bets will have action and all wagers will stand. All tennis future bets are placed as *"All In"* unless otherwise stated. If a player withdraws before participating, then all bets on that player are settled as a loss.
Fixed Odds
- Like other similar types of contests, you may wager on a player to win a tournament at fixed odds.
- Tournament wagers are considered "All-In." Refunds are not given if a player withdraws.
Boxing
Types of Wagers
- Wagering on a fighter usually involves Moneyline (Win Price) types of odds.
- Proposition wagering is often available including total number of rounds, win by knock-out, win by decision, and even wager on the draw.
- The draw is available as a proposition. If you wager on a fighter, and the fight ends in a draw, the wager is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money is refunded.
Boxing Rules
- The decision that is declared the night of the fight will be considered final and used when grading wagers. Wagers will not be re-graded if the decision is overturned at a later point in time.
- If a match is postponed and rescheduled to occur within 7 days of the original start time, all bets stand. If rescheduled for more than 7 days later, all single bets are void and wagers refunded while affected multiple bets will be recalculated excluding that leg. (Unless Otherwise Stated in the Event Disclaimer)
- Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.
Motor Racing
General Motor Racing Rules - Applies to all series:
- Results will be graded at the end of the race as posted on the official site for that series e.g. Nascar.com, f1.com, indyracingleague.com etc. If there was an error on the site in the posting of the results, then the results will be regraded. If changes are subsequently made due to appeals or decisions of the governing body unrelated to the original finishing order (i.e. penalties for rules infractions, dangerous driving, etc.) the original results will still be deemed as the official results for grading purposes. Appeals and administrative penalties are not applicable for betting purposes.
A driver must start for action. If the driver withdraws prior to the start of the race then bets on said driver will be refunded. If he withdraws after the start or is replaced by another driver all bets on that driver will stand. In the case of a replacement driver the original driver will be deemed as the driver of that car for the entire race.
For win bets and pole bets to count at least 1/2 of the scheduled drivers must start in the race or in the qualifying session for pole bets. Similarly for multiple position bets such as top 3, top 8 etc. at least 2/3 of the scheduled drivers must start in the race. If fewer than 2/3 of the scheduled drivers start all bets will be graded as a push/cancel.
Wagering on the "Field" includes any driver that odds have not been assigned to.
If a postponed race takes place within 72 hours of the scheduled start time all bets have action.
Match-Up betting: Applies to all series.
- When wagering on a match-up, both drivers involved must start the race otherwise the wager is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and money is refunded. The start of the race is signified by the lap where the cars have completed the warm up laps and the race begins to countdown. In NO instance will warm up laps be counted for betting purposes. In a case where the starting driver is replaced during the race with another driver from the same team, the position the new driver finishes in will be awarded to the original driver. This holds for wagering on win odds and/or match-ups.
In head to head betting if 2 drivers retire from the race on the first lap then all bets on those drivers will be graded as a push/cancel. Subsequent to the first lap, the final results posted on the official body's website will be used for grading purposes.
Qualifying Matchups - all series:
- Qualifying match-ups are graded based on qualifying times (not the starting line-up).
- Qualifying match-ups are deemed action as soon as the driver starts the qualifying lap and the timer begins.
- If a driver has started the qualifying lap, but does not post a time because of mechanical failure, accident, etc. the wager will still be graded as action.
- If the driver fails to start the qualification for any reason (i.e. does not begin the timed qualifying session), then the wager will be graded as no action, and money refunded.
- If a driver starts a qualifying session, but fails to post a time, then the driver will be deemed to have no time, which is the slowest time possible. If two drivers are matched up against each other, and neither posts a time, the matchup will be graded as a push/cancel.
- In the case where two drivers post the exact same time to the thousandth of a second, then the matchup will be graded as a push/cancel. The starting position where the governing body places them in this instance is not relevant for betting purposes.
- For NASCAR only, qualifying matchups are closed at the start of first practice unless a disclaimer is made on the site otherwise. This may occur when practice is the day before qualifying. If a disclaimer is not made, any qualifying bets made after the first practice session has begun will be graded as no action, and the bets will be refunded.
- If a race or qualifier is postponed for any reason, all wagers will remain valid for 4 Days (96 Hours). If the postponement lasts more than 4 Days, all wagers will be canceled and the monies refunded.
Nascar Propositions
- All Nascar propositions will be graded if the race is run to at least half of the scheduled laps with the exception of "average speed for the race." Average speed will only be paid out if the race is run to the full scheduled number of laps. If the race is halted prior to the scheduled number of laps, then the average speed contest will be graded as no action, and the bets will be refunded.
Formula 1 Propositions:
- All Formula 1 propositions are action unless a disclaimer is made on the site stating the exception.
Rugby
Rugby League and Rugby Union
- Payouts are based on the official declared result given by the governing bodies.
- In the event a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets are void and wagers refunded.
- In the case of a drawn match, all bets at the moneyline will be void, and money refunded. Bets made at the line will stand.
Cricket
One Day Matches
- In the event of a tie, all bets will be void (all bets called off)
- If a full match is abandoned (due to weather or any other reason) all bets on the match are deemed void and are refunded. If a match is transferred to a reserve day, new bets will need to be placed.
- If a match is declared a "no result," it is deemed abandoned, and all bets relating to the end result are void, and money refunded.
